Harbour Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Bright MeadowsCare Home in Bolton. The role is part-time, 22 hours per week, with shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. You will assess and supervise nursing care, administer prescribed medicines, and contribute to care plans in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with current pin.
• Experience in care home settings preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess social and health care needs of new clients and conduct ongoing assessments.
• Ensure care plans are completed with clients, relatives, and health care professionals, per NMC guidelines.
