Job summary

Harbour Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Victoria Care Home, Rainford, St Helens. This full-time role covers 44 hours per week with a pay rate of £21.08 per hour, reflecting the level of care and responsibility.

You will assess residents' needs, administer medications, and support a friendly, professional team committed to high standards of care and safeguarding, while developing your skills within a caring, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Assess client care needs and provide nursing care.
• Administer prescribed medicines and document in line with policy.
• Supervise junior staff and provide guidance.
• Maintain care plans with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess all aspects of client's care needs and provide health supervision and direct Nursing Care when required.
• Assess social and health care needs of new clients and maintain on-going assessment and review of all other Clients.
• Ensure that Client care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the company's procedure and NMC guidelines.
