Job summary

Skycare is seeking a Night Registered Nurse for a full-time role in Crook, Durham area. The position requires UK-based nurses with at least one year of UK Registered Nurse experience and an active NMC pin. Night shifts are 12 hours, with a pay rate of £21–£22.50 per hour.

You will assess patient care needs, develop and evaluate care plans, and ensure high standards of care under the Head Nurse. Benefits include free uniform, enhanced bank holiday pay, pension, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC pin and right to work in the UK.
• Experience in care home or nursing setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate health care records and reports.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Supervise, develop and train care team members.
• Prepare, update and evaluate Resident Care Plans.
• Deliver nursing care in line with policies and procedures.
