Skycare is seeking a Night Registered Nurse in the Crook (Durham area) for a full-time, 44-hour week. Night 12-hour shifts, 8am-8pm, with pay of £21-£22.5 per hour. UK-based nurses with active NMC pin required. Location: Crook, Durham area.

The ideal candidate will be caring, compassionate, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Responsibilities include care assessment, plan development, medication administration, and staff supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in a similar role is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient care needs and develop, implement and evaluate care plans under supervision of Head Nurse.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Supervise, develop and teach other care team members.
• Maintain accurate health records and reports.
• Ensure high standards of care in the home.
• Attend staff meetings and handover at shifts.
