Job summary

Harbour Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Bishopsmead Care Home in Bristol. This part-time role covers 22 hours per week with a pay rate of £24.27 per hour. Harbour Healthcare emphasises supportive teams, resident-focused care, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Assess all aspects of client's care needs and provide health supervision.
• Administer prescribed medicines and document per company procedure and NMC guidelines.
• Supervise and instruct junior staff in all aspects of their work in the care home.

Responsibilities

• Assess all aspects of client's care needs and provide health supervision and direct Nursing Care when required.
• Assess social and health care needs of new clients and maintain ongoing assessment and review of all other Clients.
• Ensure that Client care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.
• Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the company's procedure and NMC guidelines.
