Zusammenfassung

Jewish Care in Ilford is seeking a Registered Nurse (Nights) to provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care to older residents in a residential and nursing setting. You'll assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care, monitor health, respond to changes, and administer medication safely in line with standards.

You will maintain clinical records, promote safeguarding and dignity, and work with families and professionals as part of a night team dedicated to excellence in care.

Qualifikationen

• Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Nursing degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
• At least 1 year nursing experience in care or clinical setting.
• Experience leading or supporting care teams.
• Experience administering medication and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Positive, flexible, and team-focused approach.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate person-centred care.
• Monitor residents health and wellbeing, responding promptly to changes in condition.
• Safely administer and manage medication in line with NMC and regulatory guidelines.
