Care Concern Group’s Kings Park Care Home in Greater Manchester is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, clinically led care on night shifts. The role covers 22 hours per week with hourly pay of £21.28–£21.78.

You will assess needs, administer medications, develop care plans and lead shifts, guiding the care team while ensuring accurate documentation and compassionate, person-centred care for residents with dementia and other needs.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making.
• Experience in leading shifts and supporting a team is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Assess needs, develop and review care plans, and administer medication.
• Monitor changes in physical and mental health.
• Lead shifts, support the care team, and ensure safe, person-centred care.
• Document accurately and maintain high standards of care.
