Qualifications

• Able to meet revalidation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of care per care plan and handover.
• Support junior staff to ensure smooth home operations.
• Report ill health and arrange GP visits when needed.
• Manage and review residents’ care plans with relatives and health professionals.
• Administer medications, dressings, catheterisation, and tube feeding as required.
