Qualifications

• Valid NMC pin in date.
• Evidence of recent clinical CPD.
• Experience in a care home setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care per care plans.
• Liaise with management, families, social workers and medical staff.
• Administer and record medications safely.
• Monitor nutrition/hydration and update plans as needed.
• Monitor pressure areas and bowel/urinary patterns; support activities.
