SkyCare is seeking a Registered General Nurse for our residential care home in Southwell, Nottinghamshire. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, assessing health needs, and implementing care plans within a supportive team.

You will join a 82-bed home, work night shifts on 12-hour rotations (8pm-8am), and receive comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK NMC PIN (no restrictions).
• Experience in a care home for older people.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Clear DBS and two references.
• Ability to work on shift/rota pattern.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient health problems and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer nursing care to residents and maintain records.
• Manage long-term health conditions and complex needs.
• Mentor junior staff and support the team.
• Ensure stock and medication safety and accuracy.
