Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is recruiting a Night Shift Quality Inspector in Coventry. The role involves precise inspection, testing, and process control to ensure products meet standards and production stays on track.

You will program and operate CMM equipment, perform audits, maintain calibration, and manage documentation. The position is 6 months with PAYE pay at £21.72 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Programme and operate CMM equipment, generating reports to confirm product conformance
• Operate specialist test and measuring equipment to support quality outcomes
• Carry out Process Control Audits across key areas including Supplies, Manufacturing, Assembly and Despatch
• Undertake First Article Inspection in line with the Quality Procedure (QP) requirements
• Record and process non-conformances using the appropriate Systems, helping eliminate/minimise undetected errors
• Maintain calibration and quality standards by following required processes and completing associated checks
• Support production requirements with product assurance paperwork and documentation accuracy
• Maintain component traceability throughout manufacturing and report documentation errors to supervision
• Use the business system to record stock entry and make stock adjustments, and raise concessions/production permits where needed
• Attend and contribute to Daily Team meetings and support continual improvement and progression of processes within the cell
