Job Description:

The Role: Checking quality requirements for all products manufactured by Deli Lites, ensuring that products are manufactured in line with Product Specifications, Food Safety, Food Legality, and Factory Hygiene Standards. Reporting any NCRs and GMP issues.

As Night Shift Quality Controller, you will uphold the quality, legality, and authenticity of all our values at DELI LITES and give customers the opportunity to achieve their extraordinary results through our passion for people and food. Your Duties:

• Safeguard your own safety and others while performing your duties.
• Support the Deli Lites Quality Team.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene procedures.
• Approve in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating adjustments.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting tests, and managing re-work.
• Complete paperwork and records of checks, including weight, temperature, label, metal detection, and checkweigher checks.
• Communicate Non-Conformances through Daily Quality Reports.
• Maintain measurement equipment and report repairs if needed.
• Support production and ensure no sub-standard ingredients or unsafe products leave the site.
• Assist NPD and Production teams during trials.
• Report issues affecting food safety, legality, or quality to supervisors.
• Follow additional instructions from supervisors and managers.
