Job summary

Medik8 is looking for a Production Operative to join our Production Team on site at the MK Innovation Centre. You will support manufacturing and packaging of our skincare products, ensuring quality and consistency through batching, filling, capping, labelling and quality checking.

The role is Monday to Friday, 22:00–06:30, with a salary of £26,250 plus £4,000 shift allowance. We offer wellbeing benefits, career growth, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong English and Maths skills.
• Excellent focus and attention to detail.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee products meet the highest quality standards and as per product specification.
• Ensure processes including weight, volume, labelling, cartoning are done to the highest standard and never below specification.
• Operate various machines and production stations in line with procedures.
• Guarantee daily and periodic cleaning of the production facilities as required.
• Ensure GMP and the highest cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
• Ensure the company’s Health & Safety policy is maintained at all times.
