Job summary
Medik8 is recruiting a Production Operative to support manufacturing and packaging of premium skincare products at our site. You will perform batching, filling, capping, labelling and quality checks to ensure products meet strict specifications.
We look for hands-on, detail-focused team players who can work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a culture of quality and safety at Medik8.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential).
- Strong English and Maths skills.
- Excellent focus and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality.
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Guaranteeing all products are made to the highest quality standards and per product specification.
- Ensuring processes including weight, volume, labelling and cartoning meet specifications.
- Operating various machines and production stations following procedures.
- Maintaining daily and periodic cleaning of production facilities.
- Upholding GMP and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Adhering to Health & Safety policies at all times.
