pladis Global is seeking a Team Member 2 in London to operate in the Process area, perform quality checks, and help maintain high production standards. You’ll join a cross-functional team in a busy factory environment.

We offer competitive pay and benefits, a 6pm–6am rolling shift pattern, and opportunities for progression within a global biscuits and confectionery business. You’ll work at the London site: 10 Waxlow Road, NW10 7NY.

Formación

• Understand GMP and safety at work procedures.
• Able to work well with others and be open to learning and change.
• Able to work flexibly and adapt to change.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out all pre-start checks.
• Carry out product quality evaluations throughout the shift.
• Control and operate a variety of processes and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Understand equipment and machinery setup.
• Be able to work in a cross-functional working environment.
• Complete changeovers in your area, following the correct procedure
• Ensure all documentation is filled in correctly and to the right standard.
• Complete shift handovers in your area, following the agreed agenda.
• Train peers and new operatives in equipment use and procedures when required.
• Undertake basic problem diagnosis
• Work with relevant team members to resolve issues.
• Ensure the efficient operation of packing equipment whilst carrying out quality inspections and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Maximise plant efficiency whilst minimising waste.
• Keep housekeeping and hygiene standards at the highest level.
• Support the business with the generation of any improvement Initiatives.
