Integrated Service Solutions Ltd is seeking a Production Line Leader in Bridge, UK to lead a packing team on a 4-on 4-off night shift. You will ensure safe, efficient operation, meet quality standards and maintain KPI performance.

You will oversee changeovers, line efficiency and output accuracy while supporting continuous improvement. A hands-on, team-focused approach is essential for this shift pattern and busy production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating a team.
• Confidence operating machinery.
• Experience working to production targets or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Basic IT skills.
• A hands-on, positive and team-focused attitude.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the team to achieve production targets.
• Operate machinery and support line changeovers.
• Ensure products are packed correctly and on time.
• Monitor production performance and KPIs.
• Complete works orders and maintain accurate waste, downtime and labour records.
• Identify machinery issues and escalation these to Engineering.
• Maintain traceability, quality, hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Support and motivate the team to deliver a right first time approach.
