Tailor Made Resources Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Packing Line Operative or Team Leader to drive a busy packing operation. You will operate packing machinery, lead the team, monitor KPIs and ensure quality and food safety standards.

The role blends hands-on machine work with team coordination and continuous improvement, plus shift work: 4 on 4 off, 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am, with a focus on reducing downtime and maintaining accurate production records.

Qualifications

• Experience in packing line, manufacturing or production environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor packing machinery to meet daily targets.
• Support Team Leader in coordinating packing team and resources.
• Ensure production plans are followed, line sequencing and hourly targets.
• Maintain high product quality, right-first-time approach and traceability.
• Report faults and support changeovers to minimise downtime.
• Identify improvements to production processes and line efficiency.
