Job summary

Henderson Brown Recruitment are seeking a Production Line Leader to join the nights team of an established FMCG manufacturer. You will oversee the packing line, drive performance, maintain quality standards and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

You will coordinate day-to-day line operations, monitor KPIs, support machine changeovers, and work with QA to preserve safety, hygiene and traceability.

Qualifications

• Experience as Production Line Leader, Line Coordinator or similar in FMCG/food/packing environments.
• Ability to lead, motivate and support line operatives to meet targets.
• Strong communication to raise performance concerns and support development.
• Proactive in reducing downtime and improving productivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day running of the production line.
• Operate machinery and monitor performance to follow production plans.
• Support line changeovers and report equipment issues.
• Work with Production Shift Manager and Quality Control to maintain efficiency and comply with quality, safety and paperwork requirements.
