Job summary

Allied Vehicles is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join our Operations team. You will read engineering drawings, set up and operate press brake machinery, and produce components to exacting specifications while performing quality checks.

You will also complete documentation and support a safe, efficient production environment. The role supports a night shift (Mon-Wed 9pm-7am, Thu 8pm-6am, four nights per week) with a salary up to £21.01 per hour plus bonus, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Experience operating press brake machinery in manufacturing/engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and bend to specification.
• Strong health & safety knowledge and adherence to quality standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings to set up and operate press brake machinery.
• Manufacture components to quality standards and escalate issues when out of spec.
• Complete daily/weekly inspection checklists and maintain records.
• Follow procedures to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
