Job summary

Vita Group is seeking a Nights Customer Service Assistant in Glasgow on a fixed-term contract until 1 December 2026. The role is 18 hours per week with 9pm–6am shifts, including weekend nights, offering a premium resident experience and maintaining the site's facilities.

You will greet residents, handle enquiries, assist with upkeep, manage parcels, and respond to incidents, all while ensuring safety and 24/7 service readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering premium customer service.
• Ability to assist with cleaning and upkeep of communal areas.
• Proficient with technology systems used in housing management.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents at Front of House and provide warm service.
• Maintain cleanliness of communal areas during night shifts.
• Handle enquiries and deliver timely solutions to residents.
• Manage parcel storage and deliveries for residents.
• Conduct regular block walks to inspect the building.
• Be the main contact for incidents or emergencies on site.
