Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience within a light mechanical assembly or similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable using touchscreen technology and basic IT systems.
• Experience with manual handling and safe lifting practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build products in line with the manufacturing plan.
• Ensure on-time delivery by completing products to schedule.
• Adhere to SOPs and quality requirements; maintain high build standards.
• Support process improvement to boost productivity and quality.
• Follow maintenance schedules and keep workstations clean and safe.
• Support training and collaboration within the production team.
• Adapt to future operational requirements.
