Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Assembly Technician to support the production of large power transformers. You will assemble parts, verify quality, and follow lean manufacturing practices to meet schedules and safety standards.

The role requires reading drawings, following SOPs, and collaborating with the team to improve efficiency. Shift options and a supportive manufacturing environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within a light mechanical assembly or similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard procedures accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable using touchscreen technology and basic IT systems.
• Experience with manual handling and safe lifting practices.
