Job summary

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment in Leicestershire is seeking a Plastics Moulding Machine Operator for night shift (Mon-Fri, 22:00–06:00) with potential temp-perm. Full training provided on plastics moulding machines and future machine rotations.

You'll contribute to quality checks, rework returns by fitting pins and ensuring finished goods meet standards. Reliable, detail‑oriented candidates with prior machine operating experience are preferred and must be able to travel to Blaby area.

Qualifications

• Experience operating plastics/injection moulding machines is a big advantage.
• Reliable and with a good eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastics moulding machine (full training provided).
• Quality checking of products.
• Reworking of products (adding pins).
• There are other machines that they may train you on eventually.
