Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment in Leicestershire is seeking a Plastics Moulding Machine Operator for night shift (Mon-Fri, 22:00–06:00) with potential temp-perm. Full training provided on plastics moulding machines and future machine rotations.

You'll contribute to quality checks, rework returns by fitting pins and ensuring finished goods meet standards. Reliable, detail‑oriented candidates with prior machine operating experience are preferred and must be able to travel to Blaby area.

• Reliable and with a good eye for detail.

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for a Plastics Moulding Machine Operator to join a company based in Leicester

This has the potential to become temp-perm for the right candidate

The Job:

Working as Production Operative - the job will have a few responsibilities to teach you different aspects of their operation

This will mainly include operating a plastics moulding machine (full training will be provided)

Quality Checking of products once produced is vital so you need a good eye for detail

Reworking of products - putting pins into finished products

There are other machines that they may train you on eventually

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 10pm-6am with an earlier finish on a Friday morning

About you:

Previous machine operating experience (ideally plastic or injection moulding) would be a big advantage

Reliable and with a good eye for detail

Looking for long term work

Can get to the job location for a night shift
