Responsibilities

• Operate moulding machines safely and efficiently to meet cycle times.
• Monitor production output to ensure quality standards are met.
• Pack components with correct materials and labeling.
• Record production information and maintain documentation.
• Perform start-up and shut-down procedures for machines.
• Assist in training other operators and work as part of a team.
• Ensure a clean work environment and observe 5S standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and smooth shift handovers.
