Job summary

Enableby in Elderslie is seeking dedicated Personal Assistants to cover night shifts (9:30pm–7:30am) for 20 and 30 hour posts. You will support adults with learning disabilities, helping with daily living, personal care, moving and handling, and community access, in a person-centred, respectful way.

Our service houses 9 adults across two adapted bungalows, with a team approach to safety, wellbeing and achieving personal goals.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for adults with learning disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
• Assist with moving and handling where required and promote independence.
• Support access to local activities and community involvement.
