Job summary

ENABLE Scotland is seeking Personal Assistants (Support Workers) for Elderslie to support adults with learning disabilities. The role covers night shifts from 9:30pm to 7:30am, with 20- or 30-hour posts available.

You will help individuals with daily tasks, personal care, and community involvement, ensuring safety and wellbeing within a person-centred approach. Join a diverse team and contribute to meaningful outcomes for people you support, including helping with meals, routines, and accessing

At the service in Elderslie we support 9 adults with learning disabilities.
The service is compromised of 2 bungalows which is adapted to meet the needs of the people who live there.
At the service we support the individuals with all aspects of their daily life, from meal prep and household tasks to medication and going out to access the local and wider community.
Each of the indiviudals we support has their own interests from music and dancing to movies or massage. Supporting each person in a person centred way is key to ensuring each individual gets the most out of their life and live this they way they wish.
