Job summary

ENABLE Scotland in Elderslie is recruiting Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to provide compassionate, person-centred care for adults with varying support needs. The role involves assisting with personal care, mobility and daily activities, to help individuals reach their goals and stay connected in the community.

You will join a dedicated team at Cherrywood service, with a mix of early and back shifts and occasional overnight support.

• Manual driver’s licence required

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, moving and handling and positive behavioural support as part of individual support plans.
• Support people to achieve goals and maintain safety, wellbeing and independence.
• Work with a bespoke team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care at Cherrywood service.

38 Hour Contract Available

Mixture of early & back shifts, with some overnight support shifts:

• 07:15 - 14:45
• 14:15 - 21:45

£13.45 Hourly rate

Here at our Cherrywood service, we provide full support to 9 adults to live their lives as independently possible, assisting people out to appointments, for shopping, to shows & events and also short breaks. We also do a lot of in-house activities such as movie nights, baking, arts & crafts, and we have a state-of-the-art sensory room.
