Job summary

Alpine Formula One Team is seeking a skilled Paint Technician for a 12-month fixed-term night shift. You will prepare, paint, and finish carbon fibre and composite parts to high quality standards within a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include sanding, masking, colour matching, spraying, and quality inspections to ensure defect-free components before release. The role supports continuous improvement in the Paint Shop.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in paint technician or related roles.
• Paint preparation and spraying skills.
• Experience with composites and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare carbon fibre and composite components for paint, including sanding and masking.
• Mix paints to achieve accurate colour matching and finish.
• Spray paint components to a high standard and inspect for defects.
• Ensure work aligns with production schedules and specs.
• Verify documentation and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the Paint Shop.
