Jordan's Cereals is seeking a Packing Operative to join a friendly, ambitious team within ABF group. The role focuses on setting up and running end-of-line packing machinery, with a 4-on-4 night shift pattern (6pm–6am).

You would contribute to continuous improvement and safety while supporting a fast-paced production line. The successful candidate will be flexible across the week, embrace teamwork, and help maintain high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food production environment.
• Team working skills and good relationships with peers and managers.
• Understands the importance of effective shift handovers.

Responsibilities

• Lead boldly by collating, recording or interpreting information for improvements.
• Stay curious and seek training to improve skills.
• Follow Safe Operating Procedures and maintain hygiene and safety.
• Operate packing machinery to ensure product and packaging quality.
