The Compleat Food Group is seeking enthusiastic Production Operatives in Bristol to operate filling lines, ensure product quality, and support safe, efficient production in a modern facility.

The role requires attention to SOPs, strong teamwork, and a hands-on approach with a focus on food safety and quality. Shift pattern is 18:00–06:00, 4 on 4 off, with a pay rate of £14.40 per hour plus overtime outside of normal shifts.

• Good level of spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Operate filling lines safely and efficiently.
• Carry out startup and pre-operation equipment checks.
• Follow SOPs and Filling Cards accurately.
•  
• Ensure products are filled within target times and quality standards.
•  
• Monitor equipment performance and report faults promptly.
•  
• Complete CCP and production paperwork on time.
•  
• Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
•  
• Operate Combi Units and Autocoder systems per SOPs.
•  
• Maintain traceability and compliance.
•  
• Clean fillers and equipment using CIP systems.
•  
• Maintain hygiene and cleaning to high standards.
•  
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised.
•  
• Communicate with Kitchen Operators and production teams.
•  
• Support colleagues and adapt to production schedules.
•  
• Attend training and development activities.
•  
• Escalate issues quickly and effectively.
