Willing Care Recruitment Limited seeks a dedicated Night Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) for a luxury Manchester nursing home with a Good CQC rating. You will lead the night shift and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supported by a stable management team.

The role requires valid NMC registration, post-qualification experience, and a strong background in nursing home care. You will oversee medications, assessments and care planning while maintaining safeguarding and best practices.

Qualifications

• Must be an RGN or RMN with valid NMC PIN.
• Post-qualification nursing experience essential.
• Experience in a nursing home setting essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night shift and supervise care staff.
• Carry out clinical assessments and maintain personalised care plans.
• Administer medications safely and monitor residents’ conditions.
• Ensure safeguarding and CQC standards are consistently met.
• Provide clear handovers and maintain accurate records.
