Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer for night shifts on a premier London commercial site. This Temp-to-Perm role offers an opportunity to demonstrate skills before securing a permanent position.

The role focuses on maintaining high-spec facilities, with responsibilities across electrical and mechanical systems, BMS monitoring, and compliant health & safety procedures. A clocking rate of up to £27/hour applies.

Qualifications

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors.
• Reactive tasks: respond to plant failures, leaks, or faults.
• Electrical and mechanical focus with lighting tests and minor repairs.
• BMS monitoring to identify and clear alarms; ensure logs are up to date.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled PPM on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors.
• Respond quickly to plant failures, leaks or faults.
• Perform emergency lighting tests, ballast changes, minor plumbing repairs.
• Use BMS to monitor alarms and adjust systems.
• Keep health and safety logs accurate and up to date.
