Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to cover a night shift at a premier London site. This Temp-to-Perm role requires taking ownership of building operations during nights, ensuring reliability and safety for the next business day.

You will perform PPMs and reactive tasks on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors, use the BMS to monitor alarms and carry out minor electrical/mechanical repairs.

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical engineering background required.
• Experience with planned preventative maintenance.
• Commercial office/building experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled PPMs on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors.
• Respond to plant failures, leaks or electrical faults.
• Carry out emergency lighting tests and minor plumbing repairs.
• Monitor BMS to identify and clear alarms and ensure safety logs are up to date.
