Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property in London is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer for nights at a premier commercial site. This Temp-to-Perm role lets you prove your skills before a long-term position.

You’ll perform Planned Preventative Maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors, handle reactive faults, monitor the Building Management System and keep health and safety logs up to date, with an hourly rate up to £27.

Qualifications

• Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations desirable.
• Experience in commercial offices, banks or data centres.
• Night shift reliability and good reporting to night staff.
• Clear communication with security and night staff.

Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors.
• Reactive tasks: respond swiftly to plant faults and issues.
• Electrical & mechanical bias: conduct lighting tests, ballast changes and minor plumbing repairs.
• BMS monitoring: use the Building Management System to identify and clear alarms.
• Ensure all health and safety logs are up to date.
