PRS LTD is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to oversee mechanical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and general building services for a large site near Temple Station in London. Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must have L8.
• 5+ years as a mechanical engineer in an office or similar environment.
• Willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
• Excellent fault-finding skills; night-time work

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Respond to emergency callouts and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain and repair HVAC plant, AHUs, FCUs, VAV, VRV systems, and water treatment equipment.
• Perform general building maintenance tasks including pumps, boilers, drainage, and plumbing.
• Conduct fault-finding and repair on key mechanical systems.
• Operate and manage BMS and Head End Controls.
