Mechanical or electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
They will consider someone apprenticeship trained or qualified by experience.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in accordance with the maintenance schedule.
Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise production downtime.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults.
Fault-find electrical control systems and PLC-controlled equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance and breakdown records.
Work closely with production and setting teams to improve machine availability and performance.
Support continuous-improvement activities, including 5S, Lean and TPM.
