Job summary

W Talent are supporting a growing manufacturing business to recruit a permanent night shift Maintenance Supervisor. This site-based role involves leading the engineering team, coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring reliability targets are met.

You will work closely with the Head of Engineering, manage PPM schedules, CMMS usage and parts management, while upholding GMP and HSE standards. The role offers rota flexibility and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Engineering supervisory or management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical engineering understanding.
• Experience using a CMMS and developing PPM schedules.
• Experience with RAMS and Permit to Work systems.
• Knowledge of GMP and related maintenance standards.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Shift Engineers and Shift Setters.
• Coordinate planned preventative maintenance schedules and CMMS updates.
• Manage engineering parts stock, ordering and deliveries.
• Monitor engineering KPIs, outstanding works and PPM performance.
• Support RAMS and Health & Safety compliance; assist audits.
• Deputise for Head of Engineering as required; support day-to-day activities.
