Job summary

DPD UK is seeking an LGV Coordinator in Oldbury to join the Traffic office and oversee transport driver compliance in line with legal and operational requirements.

You’ll complete license checks, liaise with employed and agency drivers, coach on failures, and manage data in real time to support safe, lawful operations. This role involves coordination with agencies and conducting regular checks.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Google Workspace knowledge required.
• Experience with Microlise and C3 Yard management systems beneficial.
• Holds a Class 1 License and a Driver’s CPC.

Responsibilities

• Manage license checks for employed and agency drivers.
• Be the point of contact for compliance issues with drivers.
• Coach drivers on failures and complete infringements with data.
• Coordinate agency driver compliance with agencies and conduct random gate checks.
• Complete accident forms, near miss reports, and yard checks.
• Induct agency drivers and support compliance investigations.
