Job summary

Abbott is recruiting for a STARS Senior Technician in Witney. You will lead the Product Test team to ensure sensor testing quality, yield and compliant release while overseeing daily metrics and cross-functional coordination.

This night shift role operates on a 4-on/4-off pattern (7:00pm – 7:00am) and requires GLP/GMP familiarity and strong time management. You will interact with quality, engineering and other support functions, supporting lab activities and product development trials in a

Qualifications

• Experience leading a product testing or lab team.
• Knowledge of GLP/GMP.
• Experience with sensors/testing equipment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Test team to ensure quality, yield and output deliverables.
• Own area operations and report metrics in daily meetings.
• Coordinate between quality, engineering and other support functions.
• Manage night shift activities and 4-on/4-off schedule.
