Qualifications

• Previous experience in injection moulding, manufacturing or production is preferred, but strong work ethic and willingness to learn are welcome.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection moulding machines according to SOPs and production schedules.
• Carry out routine quality inspections of moulded products to ensure specification compliance.
• Remove, inspect, count, pack and label finished products accurately.
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities or issues to supervisor.
• Ensure raw materials, packaging and consumables are available and used correctly.
• Support technicians during start-ups, changeovers, cleaning and maintenance.
• Complete production, quality and downtime records accurately and promptly.
• Conduct regular cleaning of machines, tooling areas and workstations to maintain hygiene.
• Contribute to achieving production targets while minimising waste and downtime.
• Ensure products meet quality, food safety and customer requirements.
• Follow health, safety, environmental and food hygiene procedures and policies.
