Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for a well-known bakery manufacturer in Bramley (LS13) for immediate registrations of interest for October starts. The Night Shift Hygiene Operative works 22:00–06:00, Monday to Friday, full-time, at £13.71 per hour. Other day shifts will be available soon.

Role involves cleaning and sanitising production areas, maintaining hygiene, moving equipment, lifting heavy items, and working as part of a team to keep production ready.

Qualifications

• Good level of physical fitness and stamina.
• Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive physical work.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience within a food production, manufacturing, warehouse, hygiene, cleaning or similar environment is preferred.
• Able to work night shifts on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitising production areas and equipment.
• Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.
• Moving and handling equipment and production items.
• Lifting and manoeuvring heavy and awkwardly shaped items.
• Working efficiently as part of a team to ensure production areas are ready for operation.
