Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Hygiene Operative at a busy bakery site in Bramley (LS13). This role requires physical stamina and a strong commitment to hygiene in a fast-paced food production environment.

Shifts run 10:00pm–6:00am, Monday to Friday, with day shifts planned for future vacancy availability. It is a full-time role with scope for ongoing work and progression within the site.

Qualifications

• Good level of physical fitness and stamina.
• Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive physical work.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work night shifts on a full-time basis.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known local bakery manufacturer based in

Bramley (LS13) and are looking to speak with motivated individuals interested in joining their team.

Whilst the main recruitment drive is scheduled to begin in

early October, we currently have an opportunity available for a

Night Shift Hygiene Operative and are also registering interest for future vacancies across the site.

Hours: 10:00pm - 6:00am, Monday to Friday (Full Time)

Pay Rate:

£13.71 per hour (Night Shift)

£12.71 per hour (Day Shift positions coming soon)

The Role

This is a physically demanding role within a busy food production environment. Duties will include:

• Cleaning and sanitising production areas and equipment
• Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
• Moving and handling equipment and production items
• Lifting and manoeuvring heavy and awkwardly shaped items
• Working efficiently as part of a team to ensure production areas are ready for operation

What We're Looking For

• Good level of physical fitness and stamina
• Comfortable with manual handling and repetitive physical work
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience within a food production, manufacturing, warehouse, hygiene, cleaning or similar environment is preferred
• Able to work night shifts on a full-time basis
