Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is hiring a Hygiene Operative for night shifts (22:00 – 02:00, 5 out of 7 days) at our Clitheroe site. Pay starts at £15.43 per hour, increasing to £16.23 after training, with earning potential rising as you become fully competent (£24,075.38 initially, up to £25,321.50).

Qualifications

• Experience in food hygiene is preferred but training will be provided.
• Enthusiastic, dependable and proactive attitude.
• Willing to work hands-on and take pride in a thorough job.

Responsibilities

• Jet wash equipment and scrub production areas to keep the factory spotless and food-safe.
• Use high-quality cleaning products and equipment.
• Follow gold-standard hygiene procedures and maintain hygiene documentation.
• Work as part of a close-knit team to keep the site clean and compliant.
• Support food safety and production excellence through diligent cleaning.
• Own shift performance with accurate reporting, briefings, and equipment checks.
