DPD UK in Snetterton is looking for a reliable HGV Driver to join our modern fleet and keep the country moving. You’ll be joining a tech-driven logistics team with a people-first culture. The role offers a day rate of £16.35 per hour plus a night rate premium of £2.72 per hour between 18:00 and 06:00, with enhanced overtime.

Normal hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday. We value safety, professional service, and career progression; you’ll receive CPC renewals funded and access to wellbeing

Qualifikationen

• Excellent geographical knowledge of UK roads and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to operate safely and efficiently within road transport regulations.
• Strong awareness of HGV operations and customer service expectations.

Aufgaben

• Execute nationwide collections and deliveries, focusing on HGV-friendly locations.
• Manage trailer swaps and oversee live loading/unloading to keep the network moving.
• Use GPS and digital tachographs to manage your route and remain 100% compliant.
• Maintain professional relations with dispatchers and customers across the country.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and prioritise safe driving in all conditions.
