Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Teeside area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team on nights part time. Shifts Schedule: Monday & Friday. Start Times: 19:00pm - 20:00pm.

Pay Rates: between 6am to 10pm £17.75 per hour PAYE; between 10pm - 6am £18.25 per hour PAYE. Location: Teeside, DL1. Job Type: Ongoing. Role includes trunking, safe driving, paperwork, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).
• Valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• 6 months minimum experience required.
• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
• Full understanding of WTD legislation.

Responsibilities

• Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels.
• Trunking - performing trunk runs to the hub.
• Focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
• Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
