Job summary

Stobart, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 drivers for its Cannock site to support general haulage operations across the region. The role involves store and RDC deliveries, with night shift options and flexible start times.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid C+E licence with at least 6 months experience, DCPC and Tachograph cards, and solid knowledge of drivers’ hours and WTD regulations.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid C+E Licence and ideally have a minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience.
• Current DCPC and Tacho cards held.
• Understand and comply with Driver’s hours and WTD legislation.

Responsibilities

• General Haulage with Curtainside trailers to Distribution Centres and Stores.
• Load/unload cages when required and assist with general tasks.
• Carrying out vehicle checks and documentation.
• Maintain high safety and professionalism and comply with on-site health and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with transport team to ensure smooth operations.
