Nurse Seekers is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for a full-time night shift at a luxury retirement home in Worthing. The role involves delivering compassionate, person-centred care to residents, including those living with dementia, during night hours.

A patient, team-oriented approach and commitment to dignity are essential for this established home. The position offers full-time nights in a quiet residential setting with ongoing training and a supportive team to ensure high standards of care

Competenze

• Minimum of six months' experience in a care setting.
• Compassionate, patient and understanding approach.
• Interest in supporting people living with dementia.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively during night shifts.
• Commitment to promoting residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Willingness to undertake training and develop your skills.

• Providing compassionate care and support to residents throughout the night
• Assisting with personal care and daily living needs
• Supporting residents living with dementia with patience, understanding and reassurance
