Job summary

Waitrose & Partners in Stirling is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to support daily store operations and deliver Partner-led service to customers. You will stock shelves, fulfil online orders for home delivery, and help reduce wastage by following product due diligence and sell-by dates.

You will collaborate with the shop team to support checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders, while keeping the store safe and welcoming. The role is part-time with varied hours across seven days.

Qualifications

• Communication skills to enable you to work effectively as part of a team and with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment - ensuring shelves are full and products are in the right place.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for driver delivery.
• Reducing wastage by following due diligence and sell-by dates.
• Supporting the wider shop team including checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
