Marks & Spencer in the Food section is seeking a Customer Assistant to be at the frontline, delivering five‑star service under pressure and helping customers find what they need.

You’ll confidently recommend and sell our newest food products, act as a brand ambassador, and use Sparks App and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience. Teamwork and flexibility are essential.

Shifts include late evenings and weekends; applicants must be 18+ and able to work across store areas when required.

Qualifications
